Confused about weight loss results?

I very well versed in nutrition and biology, and working out. but for some reason i keep getting weird results with my own weight loss, for some reason i will start to eat really clean and workout hard and drink lots of water but after about 2 or 3 days i'll actually gain a pound or so and fill kinda bloated, but then if i stop working out and start eating not so clean like the occasional fast food and stuff again after 2 or 3 days i'll end up dropping a pound or 2, so needless to say this is confusing the hell out of me shouldnt it be the other way around???? anyways if anyone has a exp. i'd love to hear it
hell i do carido, strength traing, some HIIT, some circuit, and hey my calories are always about 250 to 500 below my burn levels, but again im stumped, it just started happening to.

Loss the weight?

I am 14. I am 5 foot 2 in. I am 140 pounds. I try everything. I eat 2-3 small meals a day. A piece of toste before school at about 7:50
lunch at school (most the time a small pizza and milk) around 22
and then 1/2 a sandwich or 1 whole sandwhich around 6 or .
I walk my dog or ride my bike almost every day. But I can not seem to loss any thing!! What can I do to loss the weight??

hey, is there any natural way ti increase metabolism and lose fat fast?? my goal is to lose 15 to 20 pounds in a month is it possible? btw im only 15 and therefore not allowed to try hoodia. becuz i have lots of hw, i need a way fast and easy way to lose weight and look good for my sweet sixteen in the summer! thnx to whoever answers and no rude answers plz

weight loss. am i fat lol?

i am 5 " 6 and weigh 182. I know I am fat but what should my normal weight be? I want to be thin and need to set a goal weight.

Also its very hard for me to get in a diet because my family easts alot and fattening food also. For example hamburgers, enchiladas, meat, mexican food, tortillas, beans, cheese etc..

Does anyone know a way to throw up food? Because its hard to follow my normal diet when i have to eat so much at lunch time.

Please help =(
I wanted to add that I do have alot of arm muscle … six pack under my fat belly. I can feel muscles all over.

so maybe this would higher my normal weight a bit?

could walking contribute to weight-loss in all areas of the body?

I have walked almost a mile a day, 4 times a week to the bus stop with a heavy backpack for the past 4 months, and i am noticing that i have lost weight in my legs right above my knees, but not really in my thighs..and also a little bit in my rib cage area and my chest..could this contribute to the walking?

and if it does, wouldnt i lose weight in my thighs also. its kindof freaking me out. especially since i had nice legs to begin with.
