Confused about weight loss results?
I very well versed in nutrition and biology, and working out. but for some reason i keep getting weird results with my own weight loss, for some reason i will start to eat really clean and workout hard and drink lots of water but after about 2 or 3 days i'll actually gain a pound or so and fill kinda bloated, but then if i stop working out and start eating not so clean like the occasional fast food and stuff again after 2 or 3 days i'll end up dropping a pound or 2, so needless to say this is confusing the hell out of me shouldnt it be the other way around???? anyways if anyone has a exp. i'd love to hear it
hell i do carido, strength traing, some HIIT, some circuit, and hey my calories are always about 250 to 500 below my burn levels, but again im stumped, it just started happening to.
